is apparently at Upton Park tonight, in talks about a possible return to the Hammers. Likely to be a loan deal, but no medical as yet. We're also being linked with Anelka and Bent, among others. Marquand Chamakh has been mentioned too.

I read that it cant be a loan because you already have Carrol.... I dont quite know if thats true or not

I've heard that too but don't know if there's any truth in it.
By the way, Joe Cole was PotY at Lille last season. Maybe he was just a bad fit at Liverpool

I predicted that in the summer. Warnock played his best football under Allardyce at Blackburn.
