Not much point coming to you for "help" - you just don't understand. Winning the League Cup for you is like a baby's security blanket - you can clutch it, suck your thumb whilst pretending the other stuff (what's happening in the real world - you know -"Will we finish above Leeds in the second division?") is not there. That's fine but it would be better if you didn't play on it too much - people might think you were obsessing, not a very healthy state of affairs.
