PC gamer or Console gamer

I was in my local game store yesterday and i couldn't believe i could not find the shelves with the PC games on.

I asked one of the staff who i knew and he replied we have been instructed by head office to give as little space to PC games as possible, then went on to show me a tiny little shelf with PC games on.

I asked what i thought was the obvious, surely at this time of year more space should be given, he said no,no, console games far outsell PC games and because of the problems with pc games more people are switching to console games, problem free, point in case was the amount of games they had returned for Empire, never any such problem with console games to that amount.

So which are you a pc gamer or a console gamer, i have a 360 and a pc but have always found console games the type of games are never as immersive as with a pc game, that's my point of view.

Nah, not really. A few hours on FM a week sometimes.

Im both, but depends on the game to which format I will buy it.

Things like FM games, and other strategy games are always far easier with a mouse so they are PC. Those games that are best played using a controller Fifa, COD I will buy on the 360.

As the guy in the store said, console games will always work perfectly, PC games relies on the system it is played on which can vary massively.

Well that got a massive reaction.

EZ, it just surprised me that PC games have such a small part of the market.


AVFC: Me the same, although i find with the exception of COD console games i just can't get that involved with, once played, traded in.

Mal, it probably didn't get much of a reaction because most of us aren't gamers.

I think Mark, Ezekiel, AVFC and Jay are about the only jwned gamers. Oh, and Magoo.

Adrian spends 10 hours a day on FM to improve his knowledge of the game, but to little effect to be honest, Still sounds as if he aint got a scooby
