Arsenal:
Well we have arrived at a real crunch part of the season, win this and grind out a result versus Liverpool and we have shaken the top 4 to its very foundations, its will be like a broken toy, its wheels just fallen of, with Villa declaring that we are serious challengers.
Personally I think we are stronger than last year, our defence better, Milner into midfield much stronger, Downing giving us far more balance out wide, and Gabby developing much more of his game in first touch and holding up the ball this season.

if we get four points out of the two games that will be an achievment, if we should get the six points, it could be the season defining games of the season, time will tell

Re: Arsenal:
Have to say that 4 points would be great IMHO, a point at the Emirates and beat those scouse to55ers at VP.

Re: Arsenal:
Massive games these--Arsenal and Liverpool.
Cheslea have faltered today they will consider a draw to Finn and the crew as a loss without doubt. That will leave Arsenal feeling the door is open for a bit of catch up, so what about Villa, I fell confident about this, i just get the impression we are a bit special this season.
So for me Milner needs to show just how close he is to the likes of Gerard, get his teeth stuck into this game and get right at them.
Gabby, whatever your doing at this moment make sure your up for these games, you seem to thrive on the bigger games, fantastic v Man Utd, nothing v Sunderland and Stoke, so now its Arsenal, a team you have history against we need Gabby at his best.
C'mom you Villa boys.

Re: Arsenal:
I wonder if there may be a couple of changes for the game tomorrow with the Liverpool game in mind, cant see how Downing can play 2 games in 3 days for example. Rumours are he may play a few fringe players tomorrow and take more heed of the Liverpool game, but hope that aint the case. Be nice to show these cockernees that we are now a team who can compete with the very best.

Play fair lads, if you're gentlemen you'll rest at least one striker, two midfielders and a defender to start the match on an even keel. You wouldn't want to be taking advantage of poor old Arsenal with all their injuries now, would you? That wouldn't be very sporting, would it?

JPR, really looking forward to the game, hope Fabregas aint fit though. Other than him and Arshavin, not massively worried and think we can give you a good game.

Not sure you will be enjoying it when Gabby puts us two up with 20 minutes left and Gallas sits down on the pitch in protest

Re: Arsenal:
have to get up in just over 6 hours for this early fecking kick off sky bollocks match. Would be very happy with a draw, but not sure we can remain unbeaten down there for a 4th season would really love us to shit on the scouse scum on tuesday.

Jak: Well at least Luton picked a player of Villa's with a chance of scoring, Luton could have picked Ashley Young who IMO had he still been playing out there now all on his own still wouldn't score.
