Phil Brown (or should that be 'Orange'?)
Mr Perma-Tan received a fine (albeit rather small) for bad-mouthing the ref after Hull lost to Arsenal in the cup last season and has been warned as to his future conduct (not for the first time).
Given the fuss Brown makes - whatever he does he does it for show - wouldn't you think his club might just decide to discipline him too, or is that expecting too much? And if they don't, then shouldn't the club be charged the next time he does something OTT, whether it be foul-mouthing or lying or making suggestions about opposing managers (as he clearly did in the Arsenal match), or slagging off refs or even intimidating (or trying to) his own players in public.
Show-time with Mr Perma-Tan is not a pleasant sight in football, which is a shame because he's got an half-way decent team at Hull.

Phil Brown must be in deep shock at the death of Whacko as he seems to be trying to imitate him with a move in the opposite direction
