Missing NRC?

He was the reason we won the Peace Cup, was absolutely immense.
I really hope he doesn't leave, and bloody hope MON puts him at least back in contention when he comes back from injury.

NRC is a good player.. can do a job.. gives 100%
BUT if we want to challenege for 4th on a consistent basis then we need to find a much better mould of him.. We have a solid base now.. we just need to add a very good midfielder and a top notch finsher..

We dont need a striker,we dont need loads of signings.
Had MON played Reo Coker in place of Petrov from the start of the season,we would be in the top 4 now.He was the key player in the pre-season Peace Cup,he was the key player in the game after Wigan at Anfield..He then basically gets dropped and has a bust up about it with MON, on the training field(rumoured)....
The line up Chelsea played against us,is very similar to how Villa used to line up when we were 3rd in the league last season.
Yet you dont see Chelsea struggling to break teams down,you dont see Chelsea having to rely on a striker for goals.
Reo Coker allows players like Milner and Young to attack and create more chances...Just like the Bolton game,where we scored 5 goals..Milner and Young without Reo in the team are running from a defensive possition one minute,then trying to create the next minute...Its very tiring..Yet Reo Coker allows them to remain in the possition they are playing in..He dosnt need help defensively in the midfield against most teams..If he does need help,then Sidwell is a better option over Petrov.
When Reo comes back from injury,im hoping he will replace Petrov in the midfield.I am also hoping that he will then cement his place as our main DM for the next season.The team will be a whole lot better for it.
