Croatia coach Slaven Bilic has emerged as the frontrunner to succeed Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill who, it's rumoured, will leave Villa Park in the summer due to his uneasy relationship with owner Randy Lerner.

It must be time for a change - for all we can admire MON´s jumping up and down on the touchline he clearly lacks the nous to make the club a real force and if he continues to refuse to bring in a coach RL will be left with no alternative - sad but lets face facts he probably doesn´t know much more than most of us about football

Sad because he´s a very likeable person
