No idea on Luis Garcia who plays for Espanyol, never heard of him.

However I would be very happy with Tuncay, think he is a good football and would give us something different to our current strikers.

Must say I would be pleased to get Tuncay in our squad, can play in a few positions and has some class and grafter as well.

Ades would be the best to ask about the other bloke

He's a winger who chips in with 5/10 goals a season, plenty of pace and very tricksy on the ball. £5m is a great price.

I may have posted this before, but the last time I saw Tuncay was after the last game of the season, charging across the carpark at South Mimms Services with Wheater, 2 kids and a KFC bargain bucket. He looked a bit alarmed to see a couple of West Ham shirts strolling towards him.

Jesus, he can play in a few different positions, not merely on the wing. He was playing centre mid near the end of the season v us and can play in the hole behind the strikers as well.

I think Jesus is talking about Luis Garcia

Garcia was supposed to be joining Benfica last summer - however the price then was €11.5 million and Benfica refused to cough up

Gujhonensen looked a talented player at Chelsea.. not sure what sitting on the Barca bence has doen for him.. Tuncay i would def want at Villa park.. but the express and star are saying he is heading back to Turkey

Gudjonnsen has been linked with us for the 3rd season in a row. I'd give it more credence this time because of the Zola/Clarke connection, but who knows?

Aren't you pleased the club are reportedly looking at players? The moan from Villa fans in previous windows is that you get left behind.

We always get linked to players beds, what we moan about is that we never seem to sign any of them. Last season they had a list of over 70 players on the villa website that various newspapers had reported that we was signing.

I've often thought it would be fun to start a rumour and see how long it takes to reach the press. It'd need to be something unusual enough to recognise it as ours, but I bet we could do it.
