Nice solid appointment. Let's just hope the vocal minority don't try and drive him out like they did with Curbishley.

That was orchestrated from within the club, by Duxbury.

Re: Club statement
I have just heard that there is an out cry about this in Pompey........
apparently the local Thai brothel, massage parlour and tea room has closed down and moved to east London to follow their best customer who has moved to that region.
The local gentry are up in arms about the loss of local facilities. Their wives are also complaining about the time that their other halves are now spending at home watching Jeremy Kyle.
There have apparently been applications to the local council for a replacement facility. The council is looking in to importing some overseas workers to fill the gap in the market as adverts in the local job centre had no replies of note.

Rumour is, he'll find everything he needs in Katharine Street, just off Barking Road. Eastern European rather than Thai, but the same outcome. So to speak. And he has of course come to work for the owner of Ann Summers.
Pompey Schmompey.
