Good solid start to preseason

3 games, 3 wins and Hitz has scored/assisted all of our goals.

I like Hitz, think most Villa fans do, got a great Brummie accent.

However, dont get too carried away by pre season Jesus, but if they win 2 more games thats as many wins on the trot as you have done days work on the trot

Our first away wins since Wolves, the opening game last season.
Think I'm going to like Der Hammer.

I liked Hitz when he was at Villa, always used to buy him on Championship manager.

I'm not getting carried away Lutes, but it's been a nice start.

I got tickets for the Deportivo game yesterday, hoping to get tickets for Villa when they go on sale next Saturday.
The only thing I don't like at the moment is the new home strip.

I'm hoping to take my German friend to the Deportivo game. Either that or England v Hungary.

Beds,

Hitz seemed a great lad when he was at Villa, always polite and I was sad to see him go, though he had his limitations. Always think the best game I saw him play was at Fulham in left midfield, the game when JPA missed two fceking pens.

Lutes, I have to confess that I don't know much about Hitzlsperger but so far he's set up 2 goals and scored 1, in 3 games. What's not to like?

Beds, he is a good signing, think he will do well.

I'm cautiously optimistic about the coming season. I daresay that'll be knocked out of me by the end of September but I'll enjoy it while I can.....

We'll have played Villa, Bolton, ManU, Spurs, Chelsea & Stoke by then. Not the easiest start to the season.

He did/does but virtually every Villa liked him. I was at that Fulham game too, couldn't believe it!
