Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
This has all the ingredients of a top match. Both Chelsea and Arsenal have faltered in the league recently so both need to get back on track. Chelsea have the power (apparently i.e. big bästards) and Arsenal (might have) the play. If only both teams go out and play to the best of their capabilities it should be a blinder - let's wait and see.
Arsenal are without a few key players, of course - it would have been good to have Cesc, RvP and Vermaelen in the starting eleven but hey, that's football - let's see what we can do with style'n guile. Come on you reds!

Not a bad performance, which is about all we can take from the game! We looked the better team for much of the game IMO, played the better football but totally failed to put away the few clear chances we created and then seemed to get very ordinary in the final third as the game wore on. Heads went down after the second and Chelsea could have had a couple more - strange, cos at one point I thought we'd be heading for a draw.
OK, we weren't taken apart as we have been in recent times by Chelsea (and ManU) so I suppose that's an improvement. Nowhere near efficient enough in front of goal - we could've been 2-0 up after a couple of minutes and that might have changed the game somewhat, still, 0-2 and struggling, I'm afraid!

Your next game looks a certain win to me.
I am just trying to figure out how many you will put past Birmingham after a two week rest.

Knowing our luck we'll have more injuries from the various internationals - still, we really do need to get our act together and I'm trusting in Arsene to get the lads to work on a decent performance and result. We've had a poor recent league run, three games, one point - played poorly in two of them and well in the last. Bring it all together, boss!

JPR, didnt see all the game, but you certainly played some good football and did look the better team up until the finishing. Should have scored in the first minute, two great chances.

Exactly - a goal or two early on and the match would have been completely different. Still, that's life innit?!

I've watched the game through. We were allowed a lot of possession. It's getting a bit of a familiar story really.
The guts of a good side on the treatment table. Lots of possession up to the oppo penalty area and then no penetration.
We lost 2-0, I find it hard to find any comfort in that.
