It's incredibly unlikely he'll get the job, but what other English managers have won a top level championship? Did it with an unfashionable team too.

The FA have already said that it will be an Englishman who replaces Capello.If it came purely down to the CV then as ridiculous as it may sound, McClaren has to be a serious candidate.Certainly hope not pale
