The King's Speech
Mrs. V's decided she wanted to go to the cinema for her birthday rather than out for dinner.
So we decided to go see The King's Speech. Very good film, easy to see why its getting great reviews, although Geoffrey Rush, the actor playing the King's speech therapist deserves more praise for his role too. Its funnier than I expected but very moving too, esp. if you've ever known anyone with a stammer.

Well the abdication is a big part of the first half of the film at least, but I don't think you could say its glorified.

The lead would have been played better by Gareth Gates! - he could also do the Pearl & Dean bit and a couple of Penguin adverts!
