Wesley Sneijder + Transfer Rumours

Well Bill Bullshit is at it again.. According to him we are after Wesley Sneijder.. as much as i would love this to be true and a great replacement for Barry, i cant for the life of me see it happening.. Bill Howell has linked us to virtually every player going in the hope that one of them turns out to be true.. to$$er!!

Also we have been linked with Warnock from Blackburn and Habib Baye from Newcatsle.. Warnock is a good player but not worth the 7M Blackburn want for him unless Bouma is really struggling.. Habib Baye i didnt see an awfull lot of at Newcastle so can only be a squad bolstering signing at best..

Also reports are saying we have been given 72hours to make a 12M bid for Veloso or the deals off.. Robertson has said we arent looking at him so dont hold much hope of that deal happening..

Spurs have had a bid for Bassoung turned down.. probably Newcastles best defender last year.. havent got a clue who we are in for for CB besides Distin..

Anyway two weeks to start of season and stil no major signs of any signings.. Getting to the Peace Cup final has been a welcome distraction to the fact we havent replaced Laursen Barry and added more quality to improve our team..

Sure is... just want to get moving but have to wait for some things to be sorted out before I can go....

Its a nice enough place but there are a lot of morons here and when you have to deal with them it grates a bit...

on the plus side it is 35c here in the shade and about 45c in the sun.... if thats a plus side.. it is too bloody hot in the afternoon you have to hide... pubs are best
