Possibly a new challenge is needed for him and what other club would offer him better prospects than Villa, as none of the top clubs will be after him

I think he might try one more season at Everton, then there is a good chance the Spurs job will be available end of next season.
Can't see why he would leave Everton for Villa when our spending will most likely be cut due to these UEFA rules.
