That's about it though, isn't it? We can only make jokes whilst this ridiculously rich, corrupt and largely repellent group of suits known as Fifa waltz their collective way through to maintain the status quo for another four (or is it five?) years. This organization is the world head of the sport that we love and is truly bringing the game into disrepute. Isn't there a rule to ban bringing the game into disrepute or is that only local? They deserve an effin great red card and then legal action against them for corruption on a world scale.

Poor old Jack Warner has resigned from Fifa, under so much pressure poor love and Fifa have waved him "Goodbye" and "Thanks", cancelling any investigations they (might) have been doing into corruption.
So, that's it then - no more scandal, no need for any cleaning-up and certainly no need to ask whether Uncle Sepp gave his mate Jack a farewell wad to make sure nothing was revealed. This, remember was the same Jack Warner who said that Sepp Blatter had to be stopped (before the recent one-man presidential election) and then 24 hours later, threw his full support behind Blatter's election. No chance of any corruption there, then!

These wankers are/have ruined the game of football. They've filled their pockets, made a farce of the offside rule and ignored the desperate need to use new technology. They are, to a man, shit.

I think their decision to base the whole corrupt edifice in Switzerland gives you a very good clue as to their intentions.

I'm not holding my breath - these people are so well-entrenched and clearly have rules of their own. It'll take forever to winkle the bastards out, unless something truly revolutionary happens e.g. UEFA turn against them.

You're right. Everyone else thinks we're complaining about nothing and there are no problems inside FIFA. Until there is greater number of people urging change nowt will happen.

Warner is about to turn Queens Evidence, so to speak. They'll rip each othere to shreds and Blatter won't escape.
