Reports that the Baggies want Hughton!

Hughton to the Baggies, Eck back to the Blues. BOOM

Hughton will be linked with every job going. He was linked with the Barcelona job, linked with the Spurs job (when it looked like H was a certainty for England) and now the Boggies because Woy's off to coach the national team.

He was interviewed for the Boggies job after they sacked Di Matteo but they gave it to Woy instead. I'd be very surprised if he entertained the thought of talking to them again.

And BOOM would be the sound of the RPG taking Eck's head off if he dared to set foot near the hallowed turf of St. Andrews again.

Yeah right. Everyone will be in for him after achieving the dizzy height of 4th in the Leccy Championship. He might stay on if he wins the play off but otherwise he'll go down the Boggies for sure. Tidy stadium, inherits some good players and a chance at playing at Villa Park again aye.

Don't underestimate the achievement of getting Blues up to 4th this season. After the mass exodus during the summer, he's done a fantastic job in getting us into the play offs with virtually no money to spend.

You vilers can only dream about having a manager of Hughton's quality.

Hughton has done a fantastic job at Blues, unfortunately for you I think if you don't go up, and rumours are true you have to sell players, he could be very tempted by the WBA job.

Isn't he only on a 1 year rolling contract as well?

Yep, 1 year rolling contract.

If we don't go up then we're probably fecked financially anyway but I would expect our Chris to go onto bigger and better things than a job at the Boggies.
