We never heard a peep out of him about penalties when the English were losing from them... but as soon as the Krauts lose to a shoot out then it just isnt good enough...

In 2006 he was against them, in 2010 he wanted World Cup drawn group matches decided by penalties, now he's against them again. Fool.
