Dont know about a squad number, I dont think he has even been given a work permit, so short of shipping him over and pretending he is DJx2, I cant see him playing for us again. Apparently Barca want him instead of Xavi

His no.17 shirt hasn't been given to anyone yet.

Shame really you never know what a full pre season and a season in the Prem would've done for him.

But he has missed virtually the entire pre season so doesn't bode well for him.. most likely he will be sold

He's out of here IMO. If he's having 'work permit' problems they should've been resolved by now.
