more points dropped in the dying minutes of a game, and of course it had to be a free header from a corner, i would have taken a point before the game, but leading 3-1, we really should be seeing these games out, got to beat west ham next week

Wasn't a surprise though really was it, even at 3-1 I still couldn't see us winning the game, you just knew what was going to happen.

Not suprised at all we ended up with just a point. If we had just tightened up the defence in the transfer window there might've been a chance at survival. We're fecked.

Are there any defenders out of contract.. anyone have a link to out of contract players..

I'm resigned to relegation. At best we'll finish 19th rather than rock bottom on 30 points or less. Accept it lads, and your life is a lot happier without the anxiety.

Yes. I try and be objective as possible and looking at the way we are playing I cannot give a reason why Villa will stay up.

yep hard to see us even winning another game at the moment, just unable to defend and very fragile confidence.

It looks hard given Jan was a key month and was a total disaster from owner manager to players..

But i think this weekend is decisive..

Chelsea v Wigan
Norwich v Fulham
Stoke v Reading
Swansea v QPR
Southampton v Man City
West Ham v Villa


If you look at the fixtures there are favorable to us.. all the teams in the mix could lose and we have West Ham at home.. if we can't win that then we are down..

Of course football doesn't work like that but we HAVE to win.. no if's or but's...

Busy weekend for me. Stripping out a bathroom Friday afternoon and hopefully making a good start on fitting the new one. Taking the wife for a romantic meal so hopefully getting a bit on the night. Work 6-12 on Saturday then straight to mate's to install bathroom. On the piss on the night with the lads to celebrate the birth of another daughter into the group, will be ratarsed so definitely won't get a bit. Sunday night in the boozer getting 'payment' for my plumbing services. Feck the football
