What a disgrace this man is. These footballers that withdraw themselves from international duty are total scumbags. I hope Hodgson has made it very clear to him he won't be playing again.

And he's full of sh!te. Following a very specific course of treatment for his back problem doesn't mean he can't fly to Dubai to earn some extre bucks whilst England are playing. He's just showing us what your average money-bags footballer cares most about - and it ain't "The Shirt"!

Not all of them but there are plenty who are. Gerrard and Lampard immediately spring to mind of players who see England as a honour.
