Connection at Work Empty Connection at Work

When connecting to this site at work the load times are extremely long, so long that its impossible to really post anything, but when I'm at home my connection is fine. My work internet is fast on all other sites, so is there something on this site that is slowing down my work connection?, as the security on works web is very high.

My connection at work is faster than at home, probably because my lappie at home is a bit basic. I've never had a problem at work, and no-one else has mentioned it. Maybe Magoo will be able to shed some light on this.

Can't access Youtube or Facebook at work though.

Could be your works security blocking something.

Try disabling the smileys etc to see if that helps (under profile-preferences)

Also, clear your temp internet files if you havent done so already

Try googling a proxy server, and accessing the site through that. A trick I learned during my GCSE's.
