Wenger shook hands with Ancelloti after the Chelsea match and nothing was more disappointing than that game for Arsenal - then again Ancelloti hadn't been bouncing around using bad language and gestures. It's people like 'Sparky' who behave badly that are unattractive, IMO - Mourinho is another one, as is our Dear Beloved Orange Brown at Hull.
Yes, Wenger's a bad loser but being a 'good loser' is something us English have had to put up with for a while, it's not particularly attractive either. As for 'ungentlemanly' QB, what's more ungentlemanly than obstructing someone's view of the match, waving your hands around, making gestures and insulting remarks?
As I said before, it would have been 'nicer' had Wenger shaken Hughes' hand after the match but it would have been a totally false gesture, given what had been happening during the match.

No argument on that JP, but i feel Wenger could've been the bigger man and offered his hand.

We all have to pretend to be polite sometimes. Wenger isn't the only one who has to put up with stuff happening to him - if being given due respect is so important to him, maybe he's in the wrong business.

I agree with you QB. The high ground is the best place to be.
