Daddy was a Bankrobber
But he never hurt nobody
He just loved to live that way
And he loved to steal your money
Been driving down from Porto with my Clash - The Singles CD blasting away
Those were the days

The Damned & Billy Bragg & some others are playing a little festival near Bedford at the end of August. Depending on football fixtures, we may go.

I remember seeing Billy Bragg at the Town & Country circa 84 supporting Julian Cope - both in their own different ways were brill

World, Shut Your Mouth?
Billy Bragg was great in the run up to the election - he kept niggling & heckling the BNP in Barking. I also heard him do a version of Fairytale in New York with Florence (without her Machine) on the radio at Christmas. Really good.
