He will be MK Dons 3rd manager in 3 season to go on to better things, Martin Allen (Leicester) and Paul Ince (Blackburn) lasted a few months each I think.
Not very experienced, I would have thought they would have gone for Darren Ferguson who has been managing a bit longer.

i think young Fergie will have another year at Posh and if he gets them above mid table he's heading to a Premiership club
