Flicking through some of my late great nanna's record collection earlier and I found a couple of Bernard Cribbins vinyl. Stuck 'em on out of interest, and he's really quite an entertaining musician. Very silly and very fun.

Wasn't he Dr Who at one point? I recognised his name but couldn't place it.

He was in Dr Who recently playing Catherine Tate's grandfather, and may have played the Doctor in one of the early films but I can't remember.

He Co-Starred in Daleks - Invasion Earth 2150 AD as Tom Campbell and I'm told he was also in the original Casino Royale as well as being in my favourite film of all time The Mouse on the Moon

He was once very very kind to my sister when he was presenting rosettes at a Riding For The Disabled event. A genuinely nice man.
