It would be bad if you paid top dollar for Cahill. If you are going to spend a lot of money Jagelka would be ideal.

Completely agree with VFL, every time I see Cahill at Villa Park playing for Bolton he has looked pretty shocking, same when I have watched him on TV, I just don't get it. He never looks any better than Zat Knight to me accept he looks pretty dangerous in the opponents area.

Where as Jagielka seems to read the game better, and is faster.

I think Cahill's positioning is not the best by a long way, gets caught all over the place at times.

Yes, there was some agent on talksport saying about Upson going to Arsenal tonight. Would have thought they would be aiming for Jagielka
