Pretty ordinary performance resulting in a 2-0 defeat to Valencia. First half was 0-0, changes at half-time with Fabianski replacing Almunia. Fabianski pulled off a fine penalty save from David Villar only to later let in a weak near-post strike from the same player. Walcott on second half - a couple of runs, a couple of shots but not too much seen - overall a bit of a disappointing end to pre-season but hey, there's still a week to go before we start the serious stuff.
