QPR - Villa
Anyone who has Virgin Media, will automatically get Sky Sports free this weekend if they don't already subscribe to it so you'll be able to watch the QPR - Villa game for free.

Great info. However, i'm not telling the Mrs as i'm going down the sucker and seeing that it's my 7th wedding anniversary, i'm not going to waste the amount of sweet talking/negotiating i've been through for the past week.

Your missus probably knows it's on Sky, she is just happy to have you out the house.

Good to know seeing as I returned my Qpr tickets yesterday, £45 plus travel and spending money was just to ridiculous for a newly promoted club in a shit little stadium.

Home and away for how long? When the hardcore fans are losing interest then football is in trouble.

Agree, I think the trouble has started already. Definitely my last season ticket and even though it's a fiver tonight i can't be bothered. Not McLeish's fault what so ever that I'm not fussed about going anymore, just it's getting more expensive and I have better things to do with my money.

I know cost is a big factor, but I reckon the amount of games shown live on telly now also has something to do with it.

Re: QPR - Villa
This would be my 9th season of doing all home and away games QB. I wouldn't say I'm losing interest but I think a line has to be drawn on the cost of the sport somewhere, its not that I can't afford to go tonight I could, but when a club like Qpr decides to charge £45 then its just to much, people moaned at that price when Birmingham charged it, but atleast in that situation its a major derby something that can't be missed and there is also no travel cost, but £45 + £22 for coach + atleast £10 - £15 spending money required then its to much for a shitty game down at a newly promoted team that means nothing.
I didn't know it was on Tv before I made the decision to return my ticket and actually I hadn't even thought about how I was going to watch it, watching games on tv just is nothing like being there, but if Sky is free for Virgin customers then I will be able to watch it on that I suppose so bonus.

Unbeaten league start with a questionable manager and losing your two best players. Miserable fecker.

Ha ha, it's brilliant been a manager isn't it? I think for about 3 season under MON, we were all calling for him to go back to 4-5-1 other than 4-4-2. Now we have a manager that plays that, we want it changed again.
Surely with Stephen Ireland in the team, it's best to play one up top with him and Bannan trying to get close to the striker?
Anyway, I never went to the game, glad I didn't but we should have won that with the side we put out what ever the fucking formation.

Depends how you play it really.. Had one James Collins shot on target all game and Gabby was mainly isolated.
Oh well was never going to be an inspiring season was it.

That's shocking, but McLeish needs time now he has been appointed. Our game for the past 4 years, has been get the ball to Ashley Young or Downing/Milner and let them create something.
Now we have Albrighton and N'Zogbia who are both woefully off form.

Had 3 shots on target, and Gabby still created 2 chances for himself.
I was a bit shocked as I was listening to the commentary, we were about 3 players off our best 11, and still lost to a bolton side that made 10 changes.

Luckily I think there are 4/5 sides that will struggle through this season but we are definitely very lower mid table. Lerner has fecked up massively going for Ecky, this could all up end up very messy if Zog and Albrighton don't find form but even if they do we've still got a powder puff midfield.

N Zog has been shit full stop so far..
Yes he needs time.. plus i think like a few of you lot, starting to lose interest now and we know league wise where we will be in an around.
yesterday didn't even realize the game was on till half time!
