The Eurovision Song Contest was always dire, then it went to semi-serious when they actually spilled out a half-way decent act (ABBA) then it just got camper and camper. The only people I've met in recent years who actually watch that stuff is excitable ladies (sorry Beds) and Gaylords - the overtly Queenish ones at that.
