Not a big fan of the new Daneil Craig Bond films..

Moore was always my favourite, followed by Brosnan.

I think by the time Brosnan Craig etc came up other films had caught up technology wise.. hence why i dont think there as good as the Moore/Connery era.. can still watch Dr No even now..

Moore was a good bond but the films were pretty camp compared to these days. I think Craig has rescued the whole thing. Not long ago the Bond 'franchise' was almost dead in the water. He's done well, as have the writers to make it all a bit more serious.

I agree with Villainies, I think Craig is a good Bond, second to Connery. Moore was so outdated, Brosnan didn't do a bad job though.

brosnan never really did it for me....but when you think that when the first one was done and to this current day, i think it's quite hard to judge between craig and connery...connery was always trying to bed every women he encountered...whilst craig seems to just do it...hard to explain really

I think I understand what you mean - but back when Connery's films came out, they had to mold the character into being a spy who shagged loads of women on his missions, whereas in today's Bond movies - just like all blockbuster films out - it's all about action; explosions, big fight scenes, stunts, etc. Don't get me wrong, all of that stuff was in Connery's movies as well, but not to the same volume as they are in the Daniel Craig's movies. He's a good James Bond though, no doubt. Connery was just the best. Got most of his 007 movies on Blu-Ray, just brilliant.

Anyway, I thought Bronan's movies were great, probably because I grew up watching them. Just something about these films that were different to the others, IMO. Plus Goldeneye was brilliant.
