Nice little 4-0 win over Cologne at the end of their training camp in Germany, looking very good going forward and, for once keeping a clean sheet.
Giroud led the line well, Podolski netted twice, Vermaelen heading the first following a nod-on from Mertesacker at a corner and Gervinho the last. Lots of half-time changes which saw RvP given a twenty-minute run-out (he'd declared he would play for at least 45 minutes pre-match - I'm thinking he's outgrown his boot size). Overall a nice warm-up match which allowed the newcomers to show off their respective talents (Santi Cazorla paricularly catching the eye - he looks as if he's bossed The Arsenal midfield for a while already) - really looking forward to the new season now!
