You should be a footy pundit by predicting Villa could be deep in the shite

Couple of Scouse fans I know says its 17M done deal. I don't think you lot will pay that much for him. Stupid if you do.

He was shocking today to be fair, though service to him was awful.

His comments on BBC were even better, something like "our creative play was excellent today but once again we have come up against a keeper in top form."
Not saying we were great but them comments must be from a different game?

Andy Carroll is Gazzzellle like.
Now that the Walrus is sliding down the table, it's just a matter of time before he reverts to type and starts smashing it over his midfield. Then Carroll will become more effective, till then he's more donkey than footballer.

Start of second half Diame looked a top player IMHO and was on the ball.Didnt last long though and neither did Diames role. West Ham are proper horse meat, show how bad we are though

That was one of the shittest top flight games i've seen. Two crap teams. Feck knows what game Allardyce was watching, West Ham were awful and Villa were only marginally better. Two bits of quality by N'Frogbia made the difference and fair play to Benteke for a very cool penalty under real pressure. The main thing was the three points and if we can do that another 5 times this season we may manage to stay up after all, but I can't see it.

Wasn't it poo? I told you you'd win.
And to add insult to injury, the eaty pub doesn't have Sky any more so we went to the drinky losers pub and made do with a packet of crisps. Should have gone home.

Re: Villa v West Ham
After Westwood's own goal I paused the telly and fecked off upstairs for ten minutes. Came down and fast forwarded it. I then watched it back. I couldn't believe Jarvis didn't get on. Carroll was totally isolated up front and it was long ball. West Ham have enough decent footballers to play a bit. Villa lack quality and it was a nervy display. Weimann's miss after two minutes summed up the season. You may have enough points on the board but I wouldn't be surprised to see West Ham getting dragged into a relegation fight.

We're not safe yet by any means. The team are off for warm weather training today, then we've got Spurs under the lights on 25 Feb. Mr B is taking his bro to that one, as a treat, like.....

That ten minutes would have been an hour at work.

It'll be a feisty fixture, evening kick off, pubs open all day. I'd love to go but I get too tired in the evenings, it'll be nice for Mr B to let his (metaphorical) hair down for a while without worrying about me.
