Arsenal v Everton - both teams want/need to win. This is going to be some battle - anything could happen.
Sounds as if Fabianski is out (that fat cnut Holt kicked him in the ribs on Saturday) so Szczesny gets another go at being our no.1 keeper, BFG and Rosicky are back in contention - it'll be interesting to see which eleven start but, in any case we'll have some potential on the bench. Come on Arsenal!

We did OK - it was a good game between two good teams (even if the ref was a touch easy on Everton i.e. How come Fellaini gets away with five fouls in the first half, "only" three of which the ref blows up for? How come Gibson gets away with a grid-iron body-check on Walcott without being carded? Could it have been because he already had a yellow card? Too effin' right - p!ss-poor refereeing IMO).
We should have won it - we had several chances (Everton had one) but just couldn't put the ball away.
Still, a point in a game like that, against an in-form team is no bad thing. What's critical is that we win our next two v Fulham and ManU! Come on Arsenal!

Blimey, we made hard work of that. We're gonna have to raise our game if we're gonna get anything out of the United game. Still 3 points today is great even if it wasn't pretty.

Right - now how to handle not having Giroud for three matches. Podolski is clearly not 100% fit - is it gonna be Gervinho up top or will Striker Walcott be preferred?

Time to gird the loins for the visit of ManU on Sunday. We're gonna have to see these bustards off - welcome'em, give'em the appropriate acknowledgement of their collective achievements this season then give'em the treatment they've often given us at their place in the past.
Methinks it could be a feisty old game but I'm hoping we've got the necessary (in all departments) to turn'em over. Come on Arsenal!
