The Rowett Revolution
The Rowett Revolution is here. Long live the Rowett.
What a breath of fresh air and total change from that pissed up Geordie mentalist Clark.
Where Clark was a ranting lunatic on the touchline, Gaz is cool and composed.
Where Clark's team selections looked completely random, Gaz's make sense.
Where Clark was largely incomprehensible during interviews, Gaz is confident and assured.
Where Clark could not get players to perform, Gaz has worked wonders with them.
I suppose we'd better make the most of it until Barca or Real Madrid come calling for him, or until the ongoing boardroom war in Hong Kong forces us to sell everybody (again).
Until then, vive la revolution!

Re: The Rowett Revolution
Gary Rowett's start is the best of any Blues manager for 24 years.
Gaz has won six and drawn two of his opening 10 league games, losing just twice.
That is a better record than six of his predecessors - Lee Clark, Chris Hughton, Alex McLeish, Steve Bruce, Trevor Francis and Barry Fry.

The bubble will surely burst. Still, you should save on pants this year, as the season draws to a close.

Re: The Rowett Revolution
I'm convinced that we'd be sitting in the bottom 3 now if that clown Clark was still in charge. I don't fear relegation this season. We're pushing for the play offs now.
The same players have responded brilliantly since Gaz took over and results reflect this. It also shows Clark up for what he is - a useless fecking twonk.
Don't get me wrong, these players that are doing so well at the moment are of limited ability and we don't have any strength in depth past the first team squad. Because of this, I'm sure that we will go on a bad run before the end of the season, but at least we have the confidence now that the manager will turn it around.

Tilts, far be it from me to pee on your parade but I wonder if you are aware of the revolution in music, internationally, instigated by the fabulous Mr Vince Hill?

He's no Val Doonican though, is he?

Re: The Rowett Revolution
Like Val Doonican, our own Sir Gary Rowett has a penchant for knitwear. Better taste though. Small world......

Looks a bit of a dodge pot to me.
His eyes point in different directions.
You'd never know if he's talking to you or your neighbour.
Could be why he's getting better results though. The players are so confused they're running around like chickens with their heads cut off.

Nah, I think it's your eyes playing tricks on you. And I think that your mind is playing tricks on you if you believe that we're getting better results because the players are confused and running around like headless chickens.
That was true of the players in the dark days of the Clark era. Not any more though. We're a well organised unit now.
Vive la revolution!

It's nothing to be ashamed of. In some cultures old people are even respected! Can you imagine that? Strange but true.

Motherwell.
Yes, she's fine.
He's played in the Champions League and Europa League I'll have you know. He's also a Republic of Ireland international.

He's obviously a very slow learner.

Are you implying that he's a bit thick because he's Irish?
