RIP John Roberts

The Gentle Giant has passed away aged 69 - another sportsman lost at a relatively young age.
He was a key figure at The Arsenal around The Double year (you know 1971) and afterwards, proving very handy in Italy when the Lazio players decided to try their luck outside the restaurant after the match - a few of the lads got stuck in but John was supposed to have picked up a couple of the locals and given them the old heave-ho - they don't make 'em like that any more - RIP John and thanks for the memories.
