Such a good manager that he hasnt had a job in three years, even thou he will say he has had loads of 'top' offers BUT he is willing to work in the championship.. the man is a complete prick!!

He is just basically begging for a job, arrogant fceker.

He is a tnuc, is he basing his entire 3 seasons on that first year. The league was shit that year we finished 6th without playing anywhere near aswell as we have done the past two seasons.

Also we are not plummeting towards the championship under MON like we was with O'leary.

Even when we finished 6th I didn't like the bloke.When he started coming out with statements of how we should measure ourselves against the likes of Charlton i disliked him even more.The bloke is 42 carat tnuc.I hope he gets the Albion job.

I don't get his comment about how MON uses the same excuse as him about a young small squad.

I've heard MON say that we need to add more depth to the squad, and usually he talks about how young it is in a positive term, like we have a squad of young talanted players that are developing.

Odreary used to come out at every game and say we have a young small squad, he would say it again and again everytime we lost, fucking tnuc face.
