I find it so hard to believe because we are even considering candidates like Curbishley and McDonald, Donadoni would be a giant in comparison.

After all, this is a man that went to the very top in Italian football, ( you don't do that on nothing, its not like the FA) taking over from Lippi at a time when the international scene for italy was not healthy, and although his record there wasn't brilliant, you could make a good case in reason for that, still highly thought of in Italy and in his day a great player.
