All that has to happen now is for Justice Floyd to rule that Hicks and Gillette's move to hold up the sale on the basis the club is undervalued as wrong and that's it, the fat lady sings, and in any case all Hicks is doing is playing for time, he will go to the wire, and then if he can't come up with the money, let it go.

The RBS don't want Liverpool FC, its not in Hicks or Gillette's interest to let it go into admin, if that did happen this Red Sox bloke will get it anyway for nothing, but the reason the courts and RBS will not allow it to go into administration is because this bloke at the Red Sox has tabled a formal offer, if he hadn't have done that, we would be looking at a different situation.

Its like Purslow has said ,"Liverpool is sold, its just that the present owners haven't realised it yet".

Another offer from Peter Lim, makes the situation even more fluid, but makes the situation nothing short of hopeless for Hicks and Co.

Lim has upped the offer by 20ml and said he would put another 40-50ml in the pot for players, this beats the New England offer hands down.

I think so too. I've got no love for Liverpool FC, but Gillett & Hicks have behaved very shoddily.
