The West Ham board say they have established that the consultancy work she carried out was nothing to do with the stadium bid. Quite frankly, I couldn't care less about this, or about Spurs's continuing fight for a judicial review. It's a win/win situation as far as I can see. Spurs lose and they look stupid (and have managed to get on the wrong side of 2 London boroughs, the OPLC and the Mayor of London. Spurs win, they get the stadium and piss off just about all of their fans. (The ones who go to games, anyway)
Speaking of having a different kind of case, did you know that
is due in court later this month? And that Storrie & Mandaric's case is ongoing now, with just about the biggest blanket ban on reporting proceedings since injunctions were invented. Why's that, do you think?

I really dont see how you would pay it back especially as you are going to have a lot of your funding disappear in a year or two
Infact if i were on the council I would be asking a lot of questions as to the viability of the loan in the light of your relegation..
