Yep if you agree to pay players £200k a week like Man City did then the best players will play for you.

Why? the top 4 have finally been broken apart after years of the same teams in the same 4 positions. Why was it like this well because the champions league money meant these 4 teams could pay better wages then everyone else, lets not pretend that Arsenal and a like didn't pay more per week to players then the teams in 5th and 6th and thats why they played for them, its just now someone is willing to pay more and so now they have the better players, money talks and always has.

Malaga have done well since they were relegated and promoted. Always a small team in La Liga, but now with the extra moneda, they are becoming fashionable.

......and all that will happen is another 4 teams will replace those 4 teams and more sides will hit the financial buffers.
The rules need changing for ALL clubs or there'll be more and more Portsmouths. Football and all it's fans will benefit.
