Uuummmm I guess so.....
To make up for the Society of Black Lawyers. Do keep up.
Nothing in this world makes up for that prat... I really do hope Clattenberg sues him for defamation and slander.... failing that let him go after the Spuds for the Yid Army chant.... I think he will get his just deserts....

I think Clattenburg would have to go after the player that wrongly accused him and Chelsea.

And since the player might be black that could be the decision of a rascist - oh dear, what a mess!

Well, it's been announced that he won't face any charges from the FA.

Chelsea don't do diplomacy, politeness, correctness or perform any other relatively normal or logical socially-aware functions - I wonder if it's got anything to do with The Owner.

Re: Mark Clattenburg
Just heard on the radio some high up bloke who used to be in FA tweeted "form is temporary, class is permanent". Does tend to sum up Chelsea football club to be honest. How can they take the word of someone who barely speaks English ahead of people such as Mikkel himself, Ashley Cole, who was apparently nearer and even Rooney was quizzed, let alone the other officials . To say they made a thorough investigation is a load of bollox. By all means do that, however dont put it into the public domain less than an hour after the game. If it was such a thorough investigation and came to the conclusion that Clattenburg had said something out of order, what did they find that the FA have decided is not worth investigating? Their statement is pathetic and sums up the club to be honest.

In this instance the FA and the Police have found no evidence.
I wonder if Clattenburg will sue for defamation and slander?
Perhaps the Society of Black Lawyers might like to fight on his behalf?
It's clear that there has been an injustice done.
Surely Chelsea will not be able to walk away from this unscathed.
Thorough investigation as Luton says that's bollocks.

The SBL are about to vomit an opinion on SSN, apparently.

I wonder if the complaint made by them against Clattenberg can now be construed as racist.

Re: Mark Clattenburg
Clattenburg surely will be able to sue Chelsea for questioning his character and loss of earnings. It seems the word of one person who Ray Wilkins says can barely speak the language has been taken above the words of people that were closer to the referee and whose command of the English language is far greater (I dont include Rooney in that). Chelsea went gung ho after the game and was it in anyway done to deflect from the Terry saga? If there was such an incident, surely the best way of dealing with it is to keep things quiet until such time as a thorough investigation is made and then passed to the FA when the evidence is gathered. I think the way Chelsea have behaved is disgraceful and the FA statement is a disgrace with regards to the actions of the club

Re: Mark Clattenburg
I reckon Chelsea will hide behind duty of care, they have to take an accusation like that seriously and investigate/ report it appropriately. Seems that the main beef people have is that it was conducted in public rather than behind closed doors. I'm not sure if that is even possible these days, and for me if everything football related was investigated away from public scrutiny it would be a backward step.

Innocent until proven guilty in this country. Unless of course it's an accusation of a sex offence or racism. What has happened to Clattenburg is nothing short of disgraceful.
