The problem here would be proving it is football related. The incident took place away from the ground.

Maybe you need to look at the facts that a bunch of Italians attacked a bunch of Spurs fans in a bar where they were having an apparently quiet drink.... I think you can draw a football infference from that.... I also think that Chelsea ought to be deducted points for the Clattenberg lies....

BBC are reporting that Roma fans were also involved.

If it had happened in this country the club wouldn't have been penalised because the incident happened away from the ground.

CCTV and the police may have had a lot to do with it but I dont believe the seating had anything to do with it... I can remember early on a lot of fights using ripped up seats.... I still think the European ban had lot to do with the calming of the situation......

All seater stadia goes hand in hand with cctv. It's a lot easier to spot someone in a seat than it was being in amongst a huddled group

A fascist city and a club strongly associated with Jewish fans was never going to be friendly. Although it didn't happen at the ground, UEFA really need to look at the Italian game and clubs. Especially the Rome clubs.
