Hodgson v Grant
Both managers are on borrowed time irrespective of what Karen Brady says in today's papers.
Hodgson looks certain to be out of a job if West Ham can actually get a win but England have won the World Cup more recently than we have won at Anfield.
Grant will scrape through for another week whatever the result.
His real problem is next week when we play Wigan at home.
If Wigan win that or get a draw, The trap door could well open for Grant! (Hopefully)

Ringo, serious question.
Have West Ham EVER had a manager that you got behind and supported?.

Re: Hodgson v Grant
Ron Greenwood, John Lyall ...........
Both of which you would never have heard of as you were in nappies.
These were respected English managers and every team in the first division feared them.
(The premiership did not exist)

Please Ringo, don't patronise me. I know who Ron Greenwood is! John Lyall, not so much..
Also, I am well aware that Football didn't start with the Premiership..

Re: Hodgson v Grant
John Lyall was Ron Greenwood's Assistant Manager before Ron was given the usual poisoned chalice of being England manager.
John took over and done a good job.
As for 'Patronising' you, that is bullshit.
You pretend to know all about Ron, and nothing about John.
Your ignorance is displayed.

I bet you couldn't name Everton's most successful managers of the 70s and 80s, that's hardly ignorant is it?

Now WTF are you smoking?
In addition, I know you were not born when Ron & John were at Upton Park so come back when you have done some research.

Everton had notable managers in the 70s and 80s. but you excluded the 60's where you would find Harry Catterick.
Others of any note were Howard Kendall, Colin Harvey and Joy Royle.
Beware of an 'Own Goal' using this symbol

Oh dear!!
How sad, you decided to attempt a cover up by altering your original post.
I know you are not too bright but I didnt think you were completely thick enough to believe that would not be noticed.

Re: Hodgson v Grant
You all know how I felt about Avram Grant from the first day he was announced as manager.
A certain Hammers supporter that happens to be female has done nothing but slate me off for my views about Grant.
But she is a football expert and I know nothing so any comment I make is null & void.

But your last few weeks off posts have been spot on more or less, i just think beds like any wh fan was hoping for some improvement , but it aint came....since the arse game wh have been dire,,,
But if grant is still in chage come next week then the two twats need their heads knocking together,,,
Watching all those poor wh supporters leave as the 3rd goal went in was sad...but i cant blame them, why watch a game that you know wh aint gonna get a result ..

Mark, I think Beds has already said recently that she is begining to doubt the manager. From the bits I saw, that was awful today
