Well signed.
Glad that Arsene has penned the new contract - we may now look forward to a promising season 2014-2015.
I know there are those who dislike Wenger and would have him out of the club tomorrow. However, I have not been able to identify many managers who could come in and maintain/improve the level he's been at since 1996. Yes there've been lapses but they have mainly been due to lack of funds. For the most part Wenger had given us good football, good teams playing in attractive formations. We probably should have done better (2008 in particular) on occasions but we've seen some excellent performances and some great players. I'm hoping that todays situation gives us a sound base on which to improve - a couple of decent signings and a bit of luck - onward and upward!

Re: Well signed.
On the whole I'm very pleased that Wenger will stay and I echo most of what you say.
I just feel that at times Arsene is not as astute tactically as he should be.
On the occasions your plan is not working you have to change your plan. I'd like to see Wenger more open to change.
Most of all though, I'd like us to stop packing our penalty box at corners and leave ourselves an outlet. Instead of defending every corner two and three times.
Apart from that, it's Carry On Wenger for me.

Re: Well signed.
Well, Alexis Sanchez will do for me. Of course we'll be expecting further additions to the squad (Debuchy is nailed on to replace Sagna) but I'm well chuffed to get a dynamic player like Sanchez on board, we're certainly heading in the right direction!

Re: Well signed.
Sorry, got the wrong Alexei.
Sanchez is better than what you've got.

He will compliment what we've got.
