I never "got" S&TC. Think I watched 1 episode from series 2 or 3 and it left me cold. I was the same with Allie McBeal.

Strange they've resurrected this, in spite of all the grumbles people have about American TV they have never had a problem with killing something of thats past its sell by date, unlike the UK which will milk a series beyond death like our soaps and that very sad big brother.

And Sarah Jessica Parker looks really old and wrinkly, which is another surprise because this movie is more about promo for cosmetics and fashion than it is about movie.

not really a SATC fan but Samantha was a great character and was the advertisement for a certain item which rocketed in sales after her using it..

Ally Mcbeal on the other hand was fabulous....loved that programme
