Really think Lerner needs to get this sorted very quickly. This is the second major health issue he has had and we can't afford for it to happen again. A new manager needs to be sorted sooner rather than later or we'll have another terrible summer and beginning of next season. Lerner has to be decisive and pull out all the stops.
