The likes of ManC, PSG will get away with it as long as their money counts more than the honesty/integrity which should be part of the sport. There are rules? Follow them or be punished. It used to be called sportsmanship but it's gone a long way down the list of things that matter. Still, one day perhaps the Big-Money Club's Big Money will disappear and what will be left? Memories, I suppose and the poor fans of those clubs will be the ones who suffer.
