I think West Ham and Villa should do a manager swap.

Possible but unlikely unless the cost cutting is correct. I can't imagine that RL would've raised this issue before the cup semi TBH. Perhaps he is pissed off that we've let 4th slip but to rock the boat so close to the semi seems either stupid if true or far fetched to me. If MON wins the FA cup and gets us 6th with more points than last year then its all rosy innit? Unless of course RL does sy to him cut the wage bill and trim the squad then we may have a problem.
