Well, well, well. Knock me over with a fevva.
Had to go out today, had some news texted that we were 2-0 down and then nothing.
Had resigned myself to the worst, for the second time this season (Chelsea), then the news came through

I can't wait to see the game, pleased we entertained again.
I've noticed Bale on a few occasions, he's a cheating bastard. He looks like an extra from Planet of the Apes.

I agree regarding his diving, had two spuds texting me saying certain pen, but they had different players that he had been fouled by, one said Gibbs and one said the keeper. Was pleased they got their comeupance after that cheating. Harry fecked up as well I reckon with his subs, should have brough Lennon on IMHO.

Re: Arsenal v Tottenham Hotspur
Couldn't have wished for a better performance over the 90 minutes - what a game!
2-0 down - terrible defending for the first yet it went in thanks to a deflection, a Gareth Bale dive for the pen (I suppose it could've been worse, the ref might have sent off Szczesny) and that smiling plank Adebayor steps up to take for the second. He was smiling a lot at first but, like a few Spuds today he looked pretty ordinary when The Arsenal woke up!
I actually said to the bloke next to me "That's five we'll score now cos we're going fourth today!" - he looked uncomfortable.
Theo had a crap first half and a brilliant second. Tomas Rosicky played a blinder, Arteta was here, there and everywhere, that was Benayoun's best performance so far and once Song settled down he was good too. Gibbs didn't look fully fit to me but did OK, Sagna was great (check out the power header for the first goal) and Koscielny and Vermaelen got their act together to give excellent performances, once they'd overcome their first ten minutes of brittleness. RvP ran the Spuds defence into the ground.
If this is 'Arry's brilliant Tottingham I'm well chuffed to be a "second-rate" Gooner - the only players coming out of their match today with any credit was Friedel, who made two excellent stops and Parker, who never stopped running (unlike quite a few of his team-mates) - the rest were shambolic.
Arsene Wenger's team selection worked perfectly, we bossed the midfield, settled down to control their attacks and tore their defence apart - oh yes, the end of a perfect day will be to watch the highlights tonight!

JP, I think the centre halves were looking poor at the start as Song was not doing the holding role well enough, agree with you about Benayoun as well, played very well. Couldnt understand why Lennon was not brought on at half time as Gibbs didnt look at his best by a long way. Even at 1-0, I thought you were playing well and when Bale cheated for the second goal, I was willing you to get back in the game as hate cheating like that.

Re: Arsenal v Tottenham Hotspur
That was the best North London derby I've seen for quite a while - it was like the old days, everyone getting stuck in and pure hatred out there in the stadium. I suppose it comes from having to hear how good Tottingham are all the time, what a great manager 'Arry is and Tottingham actually being above us (for the moment) - it made the game more meaningful to us Gooners for once. Great stuff!

Have enjoyed the texts from Spud mates as if it wasnt a big deal getting beat 5-2 to their local rivals and that it was the gooners cup final, too many of them bottled it today, thought only Friedel, Modric, Parker and Walker came out with any credit
